Do I need to rent a car to stay at Villas Oasis?
No. Most of our guests find they do not need a car. Our location next to the church means you can walk to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. There is also a local bus stop down the street that runs to the beach every 20 minutes. If you do bring a car, we offer free secure on-site parking.
Is there an airport shuttle to the property?
Yes. Our concierge team can help arrange airport transfers from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or the local airport in Quepos.

How many rooms and villas does Villas Oasis have?
We have 3 individual vacation rental units: a 1-bedroom, a 2-bedroom, and a 3-bedroom villa. In total, the property features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Can I rent the entire Villas Oasis property for a group?
Yes. You can rent the villas individually or rent the whole property together. The entire compound is perfect for large groups or family reunions and sleeps up to 15 guests.
Do the villas have kitchens and air conditioning?
Yes. Every private villa has full kitchen amenities and strong air conditioning in all rooms to keep you cool.
How many guests does each villa sleep?
Penthouse Villa: 8 guests
Secret Garden Villa: 5 guests

Can you see monkeys and wildlife at Villas Oasis?
Yes. Our property is surrounded by lush jungle gardens. Wild animals visit us daily. Guests regularly see monkeys, sloths, toucans, and scarlet macaws right from the viewing tower.
Is daily housekeeping included in the stay?
Yes. We offer boutique luxury with daily housekeeping from our wonderful staff and full concierge services included with your villa rental. [1]
Do you have laundry services?
Yes! While we do not have a public laundry room. We offer laundry services for a small fee. Our dedicated housekeeper will wash, dray and fold and return your laundry the same day.
Policies and Booking
What is the cancellation policy at Villas Oasis?
We have a 60-day cancellation policy when booked direct on VillasOasis.com. You must cancel your booking at least 60 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a refund. (booking sites Airbnb, vrbo, booking.com have different cancellation policies per their restrictions.)
Are children allowed at Villas Oasis?
Yes! Children of all ages are welcome at our property. We are proud to be a family-friendly destination.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. You will be greeted upon arrival by our concierge. Villas Oasis is a gated compound so it is important to set up your arrival time with our concierge.
Can I have a party or wedding?
Maybe: This will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us for additional information.
Do you coordinate weddings?
While the property does not do this directly. Our concierge has helped coordinate weddings.
